From humble beginnings in the kitchen of her residence in Brisbane, Roza Robertson largely pioneered the gourmet sauce business in Queensland. What began in 1991 as a simple way for, the then housewife, Roza to indulge in her passion for cooking quickly became a burgeoning business as an increasing customer base took pride in purchasing “Roza’s Gourmet Sauces.”
Today, the range consists of 38 products including varieties of mayonnaise, mustard, pesto, chutney, salsa, jam, dressings & dips. All of which are gluten free, made with fresh natural ingredients, and free from artificial preservatives. In addition, most sauces are made with cholesterol free oils and sweetened with bush honey.
Our most popular sauces include our Aioli garlic mayonnaise, Hollandaise, Bearnaise, Pesto, Coconut Chilli Mayonnaise, and Tomato Chutney. In our dip range the clear favourites are the Smoked Salmon, Artichoke and Garlic, and Hommus dip. The variety of our renowned natural gourmet product lines makes them perfect as presents or to include in hampers or gift baskets.
Run today by Roza’s daughter Jasmin, the business continues to grow. We pride ourselves on the fact that the business is still family owned with each jar made, labelled, packed and delivered by us.
